I would like to tell you why I started my company. The “Meet
SharonThomas” page will give you a brief introduction. I
was born 1947 in Dayton, Ohio.
I have always believed we, each and everyone can and will
contribute to this world in our own way. This does not
necessarily have to be monetarily, it can be time spent,
create a path for improvements, kindness to your fellow man,
you decide.
What I would like to hear from you, are your creative
thoughts, what you see would make a long term difference in
your local community.
For instance my dreams are many. The one I believe at this
time will be my intent is to create affordable housing for
the elderly. I am just in the thought and developing stage.
My goal is to create projects which will support themselves.
For instance affordable housing, the tenant can pay rent
this supports the building, pays the bills. The building
will be in a trust and managed by a bank. This can go into
the future for generations. No one single person would own
the building, just live and enjoy the moment then pass it
onto the next person or generation. The building can be
maintained for longevity. My goal is to make my business
successful in order for me to contribute to the founding
money for this project.
My neighbor has a great idea for day care in time I will
post that plan on this page. The daycare can hire the
mothers who stay home; the mothers can bring their children
to daycare free. The daycare can support it’s self. Teachers
could be hired to teach. No one would own the daycare. The
daycare will be in a trust and managed by a bank.
What would you create, develop, give, or build to leave
behind and support itself?

profits to develop sound life long investments in our
community.
When I open up a branch office, let’s say for instance
Gainesville Florida, the money earned from that branch will
remain in that community.
